Since the direct path to the top of the Regalith Grand Cathedral has been destroyed by Zorba, you need to use another route. After passing through the Catacombs, you can enter one of the halls inside the Grand Cathedral in Metaphor: Refantazio. Unfortunately, the area is filled with Louis soldiers and other undead monsters. Your goal is to stop Zorba from obtaining the Royal Scepter and stop his plan. If you want to reach the boss quickly, you can follow this route to avoid unnecessary detours.
How To Complete Regalith Grand Cathedral in Metaphor: Refantazio
Before you enter the Regalith Grand Cathedral in Metaphor: Refantazio, I highly recommend you change your units’ Archetype. I suggest keeping the Knight class for Hulkenberg, but you may want to change the protagonist and Strohl’s class. One of them should be a Healer, while the other has to be a Mage. This is because many enemies here are weak to elemental attacks. You also want to inherit the wind magic from one of your units so they can use it in battles.

How To Find the Paripus Woman’s Friend
When you return to the Catacombs to enter the Regalith Grand Cathedral, you will encounter a Paripus woman who is looking for her friend. Luckily, she is nearby. Just follow the hall, and then you can find a locked door to your left. To unlock it, you need to go down to the lower floor and enter another hall to your right.
Inside an open room to your left, you can find a sleeping soldier. There will be a key on the table in the corner of the room. Return to the locked door and open it to find a group of people. Sadly, the woman you are looking for is dead, but the Paripus woman will show up and still give you the reward.
How To Reach the Second Floor of Regalith Grand Cathedral
Once you have completed the side quest, you can continue moving forward. There will be two soldiers walking on the bridge, but you can ignore them. Instead, head down and explore the lowest floor, where several dogs are roaming. You should be able to defeat the red dogs without triggering a battle.
There will be a massive group of white dogs guarding the entrance. You don’t have to fight them head-on. Instead, head to the other side of the room and make your way behind them. Be careful, though, since some red dogs can be found behind them. This will take you to the lift chamber, but since it’s deactivated, you have to climb up the stairs.
How To Explore Servants’ Chamber
When you enter the Servants’ Chamber in the Regalith Grand Cathedral, the difficulty will pick up a bit. This area is filled with undead enemies who are weak against Light magic, but you also need to deal with several Homo Oppo monsters. They’re pretty slow, so you can outrun them by sprinting away.
If you want to reach the next zone, you need to go to the southwest side of this map. The door will be locked, though, so you need to speak with a defeated soldier in a nearby room. He will give you a key that you can use to enter the Altar Chamber.
There is also a locked treasure chest in this section. If you want to open it, head to the eastern wing and turn right. Enter the first room to your right, where you can find a monk. The key will be in an adjacent room that you can only enter using a hole hidden behind barrels.
How To Explore Altar Chamber in Regalith Grand Cathedral
Although this area may look complicated, it’s actually rather linear. You need to climb up the stone stairs that are guarded by many undead soldiers. You can also find many items and a treasure chest in this zone, but none of them are locked, so you can pick them all up.
At the end of this section, you can find the helpful Plateau cat, who will be your save point. Once you enter the room, you must face a group of Louis soldiers. The undead soldiers will be weak to Light magic, and you can order Hulkenberg to use her piercing attack at the Whiteclad Soldier. After beating the enemies, you can find a safe room where you can rest.
How To Break the Barrier
The next room will be filled with mad dogs that you can beat with direct hits. Once you open the door, you will be taken to the Reception Chamber, where you will encounter gargoyle enemies. This monster is weak against Wind magic. You will find a working lift, but there is a barrier preventing you from using it. Your goal is to break the Magla Crystal in this area.
Follow the path until you can drop down to the golden statue and reach the other side. You know that you are near when you encounter new enemies called Spekto. This monster can teleport around, so I suggest entering a group battle immediately. They are weak against fire, so ensure you have a Mage on your team.
How To Explore Royal Portrait Hall in Regalith Grand Cathedral
You will encounter Zorba in this Regalith Grand Cathedral area, but you won’t fight him yet. Besides dogs and soldiers, you will also encounter some Homo enemies. The new type is called Azure Homo Tenta, which is weak against Fire. At the end of this hall, you will find another safe room where you can rest.
In the next chamber, there will be some soldiers that will block your path. However, once you climb up the stairs to the roof, you will enter the boss arena, where you will have to fight Zorba. This man is immune to most magic except for light. He will also summon many undead enemies in this battle. I suggest changing Strohl’s class back to Warrior when you fight him.
After you beat him, he will revive Homo Avades, which you have to fight. Luckily, the game will allow you to save and restore your HP and MP to full. This boss has several body parts that you need to deal with. Here are their weaknesses:
