If you were a fan of the Scar weapon family in the previous Call of Duty titles, then I’m sure you’d love to test the Model L in the Black Ops 6 firing range. The assault rifle is highly capable of delivering destructive damage with a moderate recoil that’s so smooth and easy to control. There’s a big rivalry between this gun and the new Krig C, but here we’ll show you the true potential of the Model L AR with the two best loadout builds for Black Ops 6 and of course, Warzone.
Best Model L Loadout in Black Ops 6
- Muzzle: Suppressor
- Barrel: CHF Barrel
- Stock: Light Stock
- Rear Grip: Assault Grip
- Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
Model L is one of the best assault rifles in Black Ops 6 right now in terms of power and accuracy, but it comes with lesser-than-normal mobility. That’s why we’ve added the Light Stock for faster movement and strafing speed, while the Assault Grip is our best option to help make our weapon ready to shoot faster after sprinting.
Now comes the best part: The CHF Barrel. This barrel boosts the headshot damage from 31 to 40, which makes it a 3-bullet kill instead of 4. For a weapon that doesn’t come with a lightning-fast fire rate, this is a huge W. Don’t think of using the Rapid Fire though; that attachment is cursed to ruin your accuracy and even the almighty Vertical Foregrip under the barrel can’t stop it.
Best Model L Loadout in Warzone
- Muzzle: Suppressor
- Barrel: Long Barrel
- Optic: Willis 3x
- Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
- Magazine: Extended Mag II
As you see, the stats are different here for the Model L in Warzone. Instead of having the CHF Barrel boost your headshot damage to 40, it’s already there at 39. So instead of wasting the attachment to boost neck damage by 8%, we can have the Long Barrel for more damage range up to 72.6 meters.
Suppressor, as always for the best weapons loadout in both Black Ops 6 and Warzone including the Model L. Extended Mag II works best for all the shots we’re going to miss when hitting the landing targets and the shields we’re about to break. And don’t forget the Vertical Foregrip for the cleanest accuracy and an Optic for precision aiming.
This is the recoil pattern you end up dealing with with the loadout above, best for managing the Model L horizontal recoil in mid to long-range battles. If you’re confident in your aim and like Model L’s iron sight, the Prestige 2 blueprint especially, then maybe removing the optic and adding the Recoil Springs will help you have a better version of this build. Again, Rapid Fire isn’t considered a big help for this AR here in Warzone either.
