California-based fitness influencer Puck van Dreth has sparked anger online as photos show her apparently “growing” her glutes. The gym bunny, who is followed by over 290,000 on Instagram, went viral on social networking site Reddit recently, where fans seemed on the fence about her ability to enhance her backside muscles via workouts alone.
Puck, who often shares workout action on IG, had some users accusing her of undergoing cosmetic surgery to achieve her physique. Others wondered if her grueling sessions might just be behind her super-built rear. “Claims she wanted upper glute growth but the BBL made her butt look shorter … the scooped-out lower back is a telltale BBL sign,” one suspect user replied as photos of the star taken two years apart were circulated.

The first image showed Puck in the gym and photographed from behind.
Modeling skintight shorts and a workout top, the brunette drew the eye to her toned legs and glutes, posing with her legs a little apart. “I’m too tall to grow my upper glutes,” a caption read, with a date stamp confirming the image had been taken in 2023. A further photo, meanwhile, offered the up-to-date Puck. Here, she showed off her figure with more muscle on her behind, wearing candy pink leggings and a light-colored top.
“2 years later,” she said.

Over 120 users agreed with a comment reading: “She looked great before. Whyyy.”
Another said that Puck looks “ridiculous now.” Thinking that Puck had perhaps injected fat into her glutes, a third proved popular by writing: “The 2nd pic is not what a muscular butt looks like. Are we to believe that she somehow targeted fat gain?”
Puck shared the above photo in early March. Enjoying the company of a horse, she had fans glued to her figure while enjoying an impromptu outdoor shoot. She also chose a clingy pink two-piece with a short shorts finish to best highlight her asset. Puck regularly shares workout and lifestyle content on her social media, also including her healthy diet and the brand promos that earn her cash. Chances are, her body-building goals align with the kinds of physiques seen on muscular-yet-curvy stars including singer Jennifer Lopez and fellow fitness queen Dolly Castro.
Puck mostly follows fellow fitness faces on IG, but she does keep tabs on A-lister celebrity Kylie Jenner.
