In order to unlock Alice’s mission, she must have a Level 4 of Friendship, but once you rise in your friendship, look for her in your valley. At the quest’s beginning, Alice explains that she has found a strange message, which contains instructions on how to find a treasure. So between the two of you, you will have to decode all the messages of the Mimsy Were the Borogoves Quest to discover where the treasure awaits in Disney Dreamlight Valley. The strangest thing is that this secret message has the same handwriting as Alice’s.
How to Complete Mimsy Were the Borogoves Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Not only did Alice find a secret message, but it looks like a poem she wrote before the Forgotten, so she will ask you to do the following to uncover the mystery:
1. Search for something buried near “a place of sunbaked pleasure.” Find the object in Dazzle Beach near the ramp to Glade of Trust.
2. Go back to Alice, and she will ask you to find a “dark cavern with mystic lights.” You should go to the Atlantis cave in Dazzle Beach.
3. Go into the cave, and you will find fake Mome Raths, colorful plants on the ground, which you must water to pass.
4. In the lake at the bottom of the cave, fish the bottle and talk to Alice.
5. Go back to the valley to look for the Jabberwock in its “house of bark in a wooded yard.” So, go to the Forest of Valor and look for a log with a pair of yellow glowing eyes inside. I found it near Elsa’s cave.
6. Talk to Alice, and as the creature bites her, she will ask you to help her put several candles around. You will need to craft several Wonderland Candles, for which you will need the following materials:
- x3 Tinkering Parts that you can craft with Iron Ingots
- x6 Glass that you can craft with Glass and Coal Ore
- x9 Coal Ore from Mining
- x10 Red Bell Flower from Forest of Valor
- x12 Yellow Daisy from Peaceful Meadow
7. Once you have the Wonderland Candles, return to where the Jabberwock is and place them near its log.
8. The Jabberwock will disappear and leave a chest inside the log. Open it and take the item inside.
9. Finally, give the item to Alice.
