New York Men Obstruct Traffic on a Highway to Film Videos: ‘This Would Be Justified Road Rage’

I would have been livid.

New York keeps surprising me more and more with each passing day. Just when you think you won’t see anything crazy anymore, you see it. Some New York men were annoying enough to obstruct traffic on a highway. Their reason? They were filming videos. I can guess that they were probably filming TikToks. People familiar with where the highway was were left livid at the New York men.

In the video, you can see someone filming the New York men on the highway. They are dancing outside of their cars and filming themselves as well. The camera then shows the long lines of cars that were left obstructed due to the New York men. They don’t seem to care that much about how inconvenient they are. In fact, they kept dancing like they weren’t afraid of any consequences at all. It would have been justified if someone went up to them and caused a scene.

People Reacting to the New York Men’s Video

People in the comments were angered by the entire situation and how absurd it is. One person agreed that it would be justified if a road rage incident took place. “OMG. This is Brooklyn, on a very small, very major throroughfare. Do you know how much traffic they caused for thousands of people?! This would be justified road rage,” they wrote. Another person joked that if the New York men got hurt, an ambulance won’t be able to reach them. They said, “it’s ok, they jammed the road, so no ambulance for them.”

Others managed to identify the road where this took place. “This looks like the BQE I would have lost it lol,” one person wrote. Another replied in confirmation, “Definitely the BQE. I’d be facing serious jail time if I was behind them lol.” I would have liked to see someone standing up to these New York men. One Redditor assumed that they were, in fact, filming a TikTok video. This made them say, “Social media was a mistake.” Well, that’s a bit extreme. Social media has its pros and cons like everything else. What these guys did is the ugly side of social media. Thankfully, I wasn’t on that highway because I can’t even think how I would have reacted.
