The creator of Tattletail and Anamanaguchi’s Capsule Silence XXIV has shown off their newest game at this years PlayStation Experience. The upcoming physics-based adventure game, Donut County, puts players in control of a hole in the ground, one which grows a little bit bigger everytime you swallow something.

Donut Country’s PSX 2017 goes over that concept well, simultaneously addressing common criticism for video games (Does it run at 60 FPS? Does it have a Platinum Trophy?) all via snarky commentary from two raccoons.

These two trash pandas also detail a bit more info about the actual gameplay, as players will solve puzzles using interesting adaptive mechanics. An example of that being that if a Kiln is swallowed into the hole, it will light on fire, solving unique problems like trying to get a hot air balloon afloat.

The trailer ends with a classic joke, as one of the raccoons asks the other if Donut Country has up-dog, all as they are swallowed by the hole themselves. In total, the game will feature around 20 different levels, with time to completion varying depending upon skill level.

Donut County is coming to Mac, PC and iOS, with other platforms coming but no concrete information as to which ones quite yet. For more information, be sure to check back to the site for updates, as well as all of your other PSX news.
