Bold Protester Almost Gets Mowed Down by ICE Vehicle in Los Angeles as He Tries To Stop It: ‘That Wasn’t His Smartest Decision’

Definitely not wise

Recently, citizens have started responding to ICE’s kidnappings as they have been fighting back. Several examples happened in the last couple of days, and the examples keep coming in. One new example is that of a bold protester in Los Angeles who was dumb enough to try and stop an ICE vehicle. He made the choice to stand in front of the car as it was moving forward. This could have only ended terribly. Plus, the car wasn’t planning to stop anytime soon, so the protester ended up falling in front of it.

In the video circulating, you can see the Los Angeles protester standing in front of the ICE car. ICE has proved several times that they don’t care about people’s safety, so what did he expect? Of course, the car kept moving forward, and the man fell. In another video from a different angle, you can see that the protester was standing in front of the car for several seconds; he had a chance to move. The car kept moving forward, and he kept moving backwards. I mean, if you realized that the vehicle wasn’t stopping, the wise thing would have been to step aside. Don’t risk your life if you don’t gain anything. He is lucky that the car reversed and moved away instead of running him over.

People Reacting to the Los Angeles Protester

A lot of people agreed that the Los Angeles man was stupid. One person wrote, “Ok that wasn’t his smartest decision.” Someone replied in agreement as they said, “Glad to see this top comment only because it’s absolutely that dudes fault.” Someone else had the same view as they wrote, “I mean I get it but c’mon man.” The stupid comments continued as another person said, “Definitely an idiot for jumping in front of a car.” There were even several people who were defending ICE and blaming the guy. One Redditor said:

“The car is moving slowly not to hurt the person. He trips and falls, the car stops, reverses, and when others try to attack the car he drives away. Probably the best he could have handled this situation. You have to be brainwashed to see this any other way.”

Others found a funny side to the situation as someone left a comment saying, “Person tried to stop a car with their hand and was provided a free physics lesson.” Another one said, “This week on Man vs Car.” One person pointed out the obvious by saying, “It’s funny how the car always wins.” It turns out that a lot of people believed that the Los Angeles protester was the one at fault. “I mean f**k ICE, but that guy deserved what he got, and is lucky nothing worse happened,” one Redditor shared. Another added their own insight into the situation and believed that the car wasn’t what caused the man to fall. “Saw another clip on this. He wasn’t hit, but was trying to block the van, while walking backwards when he tripped and bumped his head. It was his own doing,” they added. Honestly, it was a pretty dumb decision.
