One South Dakota woman united several people with one cause in mind: to be there for her boyfriend as he endured one of the most life-changing things he’s ever gone through. This group of loved ones truly showed their support in the most unique way and our hearts are feeling so full.

To make the special reading even sweeter, the video pans around the room and you can see multiple men sitting and listening intently while they support the man in his time of need. They are surrounded by family members and even a nurse who decided to join in and show support. Despite the sensitive nature, this is a room of nothing but good vibes and positive masculinity.

Kiya had us collectively holding our breath, hoping that everything would go well with the surgery. It seems like this is a supportive relationship built to last, and it warms my soul.
