Chicago Cyclist Reveals the Biggest Weakness of ICE Agents in Daring Escape Clip: ‘What a Bunch of Losers’

ICE arrest attempts are usually stressful and agitating, especially the recent ones. However, during one daylight crackdown in Chicago, Illinois, a bunch of ICE agents were humiliated by a lone food delivery cyclist. The ICE agents in question tried to gang up on the lone cyclist, only for him to run nimbly away, leaving the ICE agents in the dust, because it turns out they can’t exactly chase someone without their cars.

It’s not clear as to why 10 ICE agents suddenly decided to arrest a seemingly harmless delivery cyclist, but the incident happened on Sunday, near a Riverwalk entrance in Chicago. As you can see in the video, the delivery driver picked something up near the foot of one of the ICE agents, and this prompted a chase. The cyclist initially didn’t even have to use his bike to evade the nearest ICE agents, and they basically gave up the chase as soon as he started using the bike.

Comments from the incident, however, are mostly a mix of bewilderment and worry, with one person even asking, “WTF is going on in the US?”, because in the recent past, it’s usually not every day you see ICE agents trying and failing to chase a random worker. The simplest answer someone else provided was “Fascism,” and thus predicted that the ICE agents in the video will be future Nazi party loyalists.

People online have described the ICE agents as incompetent

While it’s uncertain what exactly triggered the ICE agents to chase down a random delivery driver, many people in the comment section were glad that someone actually escaped the attempted arrest. “What a bunch of f***ing losers,” says a Reddit user, criticizing just how out-of-shape and inefficient the ICE agents were and how much they struggled to chase someone pushing a bicycle.

Others, however, have claimed that ICE has“a quota of 3k per day. So they go after pretty much everyone brown (perfectly Constitutional, per recent Supreme Court rulings). They don’t go after violent gang members, because they will fight back. They go after hard workers, residents pursuing citizenship the “right way,” children, those in hospitals. And they go after citizens, to,” which could explain ICE’s fervor to catch someone whose skin is dark.

The particular clip above has since gone viral, with many repost variants adding a Benny Hill soundtrack to highlight how underqualified and incompetent the ICE agents are in many aspects.

Sadly, for every person who escapes ICE, it appears dozens more are caught, as ICE’s September 28 Chicago patrols resulted in many individuals getting detained. According to the Chicago Sun Times, a top US Border Patrol official even claimed that the ICE agents were arresting people based on “how they look.”
