You would think that people would let others celebrate what they want to celebrate rather than try to force their preferences on them. Since it is Halloween season, an annoying elderly Georgia woman tried to ruin it for her neighbor. She went up to her house, and when her neighbor opened the door and asked if she could help her, she said, “Maybe. Maybe not.” At this point, you just think that the elderly woman is going to ask for something. What she did instead was to tell her neighbor that she had a lot of Halloween decorations. Well, what did she expect people to display during the season? Her next words made it clear that she wasn’t there to ask for help or even say anything nice about the neighbor’s decorations. “Halloween celebrates evil,” she told her.
The Georgia woman messed with the wrong person when she tried to ruin Halloween for her neighbor. Her neighbor wasn’t having it at all. She quickly told her, “Have a nice day,” which made it clear that the old woman and her words weren’t welcome there. You could tell that the neighbor was upset about what had just happened because she kept talking even as the Georgia woman walked away. “You seem to be such a nice individual. Have the day you deserve. May my evil wish over to your household,” she said. Her anger made her keep going as she also said, “[expletive] weirdo.” Honestly, it’s easy to understand why she would react like this. The woman went out of her way to annoy her when she didn’t ask for her opinion on Halloween. Maybe this would teach her to keep her words to herself.
People Reacting to the Georgia Woman Annoying Her Neighbor
A lot of people loved how the Georgia woman’s neighbor responded to her. Since people celebrate Halloween and have fun during it, one person wrote, “The fun police came to your door.” Another person loved how the neighbor didn’t give the old woman a chance to keep talking. “I love how the homeowner shut it right down – did not entertain that nonsense for another second,” they said. Others encouraged the neighbor to put up even more Halloween decorations. “You need to up the amount of decorations by an order of magnitude, like, have a baphomet pointing directly at her house,” one person wrote. Someone else even said, “So you’re putting up more right? Where can we donate.” I’m sure that the old woman won’t like that.
More comments kept coming after the Georgia woman, but some tried to blame the other side. Since the neighbor kept talking even as the woman left, one person wrote, “I’m with you on checking her and telling her goodbye, but the rest seemed completely unnecessary considering she turned around and walked away the moment you said goodbye lol.” This made another person reply and say, “She came to her property to give her a religious complaint about something that had no impact on her old life. She has every right and reason to say the things she’s saying. In fact she’s nicer than I am because that little old lady wouldn’t have made it off my front steps.” From the moment she decided to annoy others, she should have been prepared for any outcome. Now, she probably won’t upset her neighbor anytime soon.
