Artix Entertainment is known to include pop culture icons in their comedic fantasy RPG’s and Star Wars is no exception to this rule as an in-game store dedicated to May the 4th is now open in the beginning town in Adventure Quest 3D, Battleon.

The store opened early this afternoon after a brief closing of the servers.

The store can be found in the starter town, Battleon, by speaking to the robot moglin M-06-L1N. The limited-time store is split into two categories, May the 4th Be With You and Revenge of the 5th with the latter containing Kylo Ren inspired duds.

Players can also purchase new travel forms at the shops, a BB-8 inspired moglin and a dark version of the same skin. Each of the items is marked at different prices with the Kylo Ren gear costing premium currency, and the Jedi outfit costing thousands of gold coins per piece. Some grinding may be necessary in order to acquire the full set.

In either case, both stores offer only cosmetic items and will not affect stats in any way. In addition to the new stores, players will also find a new barbershop next week, complete with 10 new hairstyles with new hairstyles being unlocked through quests.

These are just two of many updates that Artix Entertainment has scheduled for AQ3D. In a news update on their website, they announced a big announcement coming to their previous online games, as well as new updates and features being added to AQ3D in the coming weeks.

Artix Entertainment has stuck to their weekly release schedule, especially now that AQ3D is in public beta. Time will tell when coveted MMO features such as  PVP will be implemented in the game as players request it but for now, there are star swords.

Adventure Quest 3D can be downloaded on Steam and on mobile devices for free.
