A gas station employee in Texas is facing allegations online. He was accused of refusing to allow a Black boy to use the bathroom, directing him to go outside instead, and filming him.
A group of Black adults was filmed going to the gas station to confront the employee. It was alleged that the boy involved was 13 years old. After entering the gas station, a man from the group is heard demanding to see the owner of the business.
The man continued asking to see the owner, while an employee appeared to offer him a business card instead. “I don’t want a damn card,” the man responded. While waiting for the owner, he noticed a Black customer standing nearby. He greeted him and then stated that he should not spend his money at the store.
The man then alleged that the store “exploited a young Black child” and embarrassed him. He then began describing what he said had occurred. He claimed the store refused to allow the boy to use the bathroom and directed him to go outside. The man also alleged that when the boy went outside, the employee filmed him and later shared the video with other students from the boy’s school.
It was alleged that after the boy’s classmates saw the video, he was bullied and treated “less than a human,” according to the claim. The man again asked to see the owner, and an employee reportedly provided contact information for a lawyer. The man declined the information and continued insisting on speaking with the owner.
At this point, a woman from the crowd also told a customer to take his money back instead of paying the gas station. The man continued to demand to see the owner and said that the gas station would not be making any money that day. Some online users interpreted the situation to claim that the crowd was shutting down the business.
The same woman then alleged that the gas station had “Epstein stuff” going on. The situation appeared to escalate further as the man claimed that the video taken of the boy was pornographic and described the alleged incident as a crime. “We gonna shut this whole thing down,” the woman said, while she and the man also urged customers not to spend money at the gas station.
At the end of the video, the crowd is seen standing outside the gas station while the man repeats his claims about what the employee allegedly did to the boy. He also added further allegations, stating that the employee made fun of the boy’s genitals while showing the video to other children. It remains unclear whether the owner arrived by the end of the footage. The allegations prompted online discussion about the incident and broader concerns regarding alleged mistreatment in public establishments.

One person wrote, “The clerk should be arrested for recording a minor displaying pictures and circulating the video at the child’s school. What type of person does that to a child.” Another wrote, “They handled that way different than I would’ve. I would have gotten everyone in the community to agree to come up there and piss and [expletive] all around the store inside and outside everyday so that the store had to clean it up everyday. I guess that’s why I’m not a community leader.”
More users expressed support for the crowd led by the man, praising how they handled the situation. “Happy to see great men standing up in their community,” one person wrote. Another added, “This is the best content I’ve seen all week. I love how they standing on business. I wish more black ppl would be like this.” A third user wrote, “Remove that business from the neighborhood! Child pornography which he need to be charged & arrested immediately!
