An argument between a man and a construction crew in Texas escalated to police on the scene and an arrest. The footage of him being taken away was posted on X, and what got users talking was all the stuff he was saying before the police even showed up.
This video, posted on X by user @Suzierizzo1, depicts a man in only his shoes and no shirt, standing outside on the sidewalk of a residential apartment complex in Texas when police arrive.
The post, along with the video, says that the man had rented an Airbnb at the location for a week and started accusing the construction workers on-site of approaching too close to his unit. He then reportedly proceeded to drive past the construction workers erratically in his truck, cursing that he was calling ICE on them, leading to someone calling the police.
In the video, the man can be heard mocking the crew for filming him, saying, “I love to see y’all’s vlog. Y’all work a lot,” and declaring, “I’ll step where the *expletive* I wanna step on my vlog.” The woman filming can be heard telling him, “We’ve already asked you to go buy a sleeve,” before he continues taunting her, saying, “Yeah, get a good angle on me. You got my good side? You got my good side, *expletive*?”
He then repeats, “They got the right Gringo today,” and “Gringo beef, Gringo beef.”
As the video continues, officers approach the man and take him into custody without any visible struggle. After a while, they walk him away.

The video drew a wave of criticism online, with many commenters focused on the man’s behavior toward the crew. One commenter wrote, “Always shirtless, always loud, always stupid.” Another was more pointed about his demeanor, saying, “Bro is worried about race when he’s a whole different species.” A third framed the arrest as self-inflicted: “He *expletive* around and found out now, didn’t he!”
Someone else pushed back on any sympathy for him, writing, “And WHINING cuz he got his own damn self arrested.” One more commenter simply noted his reaction in the moment: “He’s crying while getting arrested.”
