Alright, Atelier fans, it is time to grab on to your cauldrons because the Memories journey isn’t over. While we already knew Atelier Karia: The Night Kingdom & The Guide of Memories was on its way, we didn’t know when we’d be able to go on an adventure with the new cast of characters. Fortunately, Koei Tecmo unveiled a trailer today packed with new gameplay details, voice actor announcements, and most importantly, the release date for this long-awaited new installment.

Atelier Karia: The Night Kingdom & The Guide of Memories Launches on February 25, 2027

Atelier Karia: The Night Kingdom & the Guide of Memories - Second Trailer

In a new trailer, Koei Tecmo announced the release date for Atelier Karia: February 25, 2027. However, the studio showed much more than that.

We got to see a lengthy trailer for this new entry in the Memories saga, with the titular protagonist taking the reins and showing off some combat gameplay. As you know, Karia will be able to use styles that will change how our new lead character approaches an encounter. We got to see Ignis and Mermaid styles in the trailer, with the former focusing on fiery attacks and the latter on ice magic. However, they have a few drawbacks, such as Mermaid style reducing Karia’s physical attack capabilities and making her vulnerable to fire magic.

Furthermore, Atelier Karia is adding a lot of traversal features, which we already saw in the trailer. While Yumia could jump and dash across the field, it seems Karia will have a few more tools, depending on the element she channels.

Last but not least, we also got two voice actor announcements, and they are some of the best in the industry. First, Shoya Chiba, known for his role as Kiyotaka Ayanokoji in Classroom of the Elite, will play Noelk, another party member. And the legendary Ai Fairouz, recently known for her role as Atsu in Ghost of Yotei, will take the role of Celes, a sword-wielding fighter in your party.

Those excited to secure their spot in this new adventure can pre-order Atelier Karia: The Night Kingdom & The Guide of Memories soon. As with other Atelier games, this one will offer some pre-order goodies, though some of them are still a mystery right now. What isn’t a mystery is the special physical edition, which you can get through the NIS Store.
