After solving one intriguing scavenger hunt in Zeiss, it is time to continue the game with the Exhibit Enigma quest in Trails in the Sky 2nd Chapter. Just like the first mission, this one will also require you to go around town looking for clues and even facing a few challenging enemies. If you’re stuck on any of the steps or just want to figure out the clues quickly, here is a guide to complete this assignment as fast as possible.
Exhibit Enigma Walkthrough
To start the quest, you need to grab it from the Bracer Guild at Grancel. This assignment will be available right from the start, and we recommend tackling it as soon as possible. Once you have it, your first clue will mention “The old general’s quarters” and “the observer of time.”
With that in mind, head to General Morgan’s home, go to the second floor, and look for the clock. Interacting with it will show you the next clue, which reads: “Seek out the symbol rooted in the Land.”
This cryptic clue should lead you to the fountain in the town, which has a bird statue at the top.
Interact with the fountain and the next clue will say: “The third key lies in a foreign edifice. Behold the Blue Knight’s Resolve.”
You’ll now need to head to the embassy with the green shields, which is part of the main story, talk to the guard, and enter. Then, head upstairs, go to the bookshelf, and choose to read Volume 15 above for the next clue.
This time, you’ll have to look for “The Masquerade of Mighty.” This one is pretty easy to find. Just exit the embassy and head to the locked building on the Northeastern side. Enter it and prepare for a challenging fight.
Once you defeat the enemies, you’ll get the quest item. All you have to do is return it and turn in the quest at the Bracer Guild.
This one was certainly longer, and the good news is that the questline is far from over. You’ll get to go on another scavenger hunt, which isn’t as dangerous as this one, but we will leave that for a different guide.
