The humorous incident occurred in Hillsborough County, Florida. In the deputy’s body cam video, you can see him pulling over a woman. It is unknown why she was pulled over, as the video just describes it as a traffic stop. As he approaches, he says, “Hi there,” and receives an unexpected response. The woman suddenly screams, “Oh my God! It’s a frog! Did it jump on me?!” You can see the video jump as the officer is startled. However, he calmly informs her that the frog is in her seat before asking her to remove her seatbelt and step out of the car. But before he can remove the amphibious suspect, he has to assure the woman that the frog isn’t on her.
The deputy proceeds to remove the frog from the Florida woman’s car. In the video, you can see the small frog hopping around in the passenger seat. The officer uses a towel found in the car to catch the frog and humanely removes it. The woman is immediately thankful for his help: “Thank you so much.
