The California mogul, 45, won a significant protective victory in a September 10 court hearing, where a judge granted her request to add all four of her children, North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm West, to her permanent restraining order against Nicholas Costanza, per court records obtained by TMZ. The protection now runs until midnight on August 3, 2031, a full five-year window covering the entire family.
The ruling caps the renewal fight her attorneys, Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels, opened in July, when they told the court the situation had only deepened: Costanza’s “delusional beliefs, anger and obsession have not improved.” Per the filings, he has tweeted at Kardashian roughly 80 times over the years, repeatedly calling her his “soulmate” and insisting they are meant to be together and start a family.
The filings also revisit the incident that sharpened her fears. In September 2024, per the court documents, Costanza entered a home he claimed he had purchased with Kardashian, then posted messages online instructing her to meet him there with her entire family. He was subsequently arrested on charges including stalking, burglary, and methamphetamine possession.
The case began in 2021, when Kardashian first obtained the restraining order after Costanza sent her a package containing a diamond ring and Plan B emergency contraception, per the record, and repeatedly appeared at her gated Hidden Hills community. During one documented incident, he told security he was there to pick her up for dinner.
