A Florida woman experienced something anger-inducing when HOA workers came to her house to do some yard work. Now, this woman is speaking out after saying they left her yard and walkway covered in wood chips. She says this is just “reason 900 why HOAs aren’t always great!”
Brittany (@itsbrittanyclark) says she was sitting in her backyard nursing her new baby when some workers pulled up in a pickup truck. She says they were sent by her HOA with a “bunch of wood chippings” to do yard work. Brittany said she never received notice that yard work was going to happen, but that wasn’t her biggest concern.
What really concerned Brittany is what the two workers did with her yard. She shows a video of her yard and how it looked after the workers left. She shows her front porch, where they scattered the wood chippings in her garden area. They left a gigantic mess all over her porch, and nobody bothered to clean it up afterward. It goes all the way down her walkway onto her driveway. It’s a total mess.
Brittany says she “isn’t one to complain” about things. However, she was seriously angry with the service she received from her HOA. And she said it wasn’t just the front yard, they did her entire yard. Now, she says, “I’m going to have to go clean it up!” She is clearly irritated with her HOA over the job they did and the state of her yard.
