Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in Skydance Productions and Paramount Pictures' "TERMINATOR: DARK FATE."
This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information.

Terminator: Dark Fate, the 6th film in the franchise, is looking to right the wrongs of the past. Ignoring Rise of the Machines and Salvation, Dark Fate acts as a direct sequel to T2: Judgment Day.

Terminator: Dark Fate releases on November 1st this year (we Brits get it a day early, woo!) and we’ve not been given too much information as of yet. There’s been no trailer but fans will be given a good look at the movie during CinemaCon. In the meantime, we’ve been given some photos of the characters along with a bit of information from director Tim Miller who has previously directed Deadpool.

The 6 photos show us the returning Linda Hamilton and Arnold Schwarzenegger (as you saw when clicking into the article) along with the new stars. Take a look below.

You want an official blurb? Sure you do. Here’s the synopsis:

“Linda Hamilton (Sarah Connor) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (T-800) return in their iconic roles in Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison. Following the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Terminator: Dark Fate also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta.”

So basically everything I’ve already told you.

I’m quietly looking forward to the new Terminator. In my heart I know it still won’t be a patch on T2, that movie is an all-time classic. Here’s hoping it’ll at least be the third best movie of the franchise so we can finally forget all about 3, 4, and Genisys.

What about you guys? Excited for it or have you had enough killer machines from the future? Let us know in the comments.
