Fans wanting everything Baldur’s Gate 3 can offer can enjoy a pre-order bonus for the base game and the Collector’s and Digital Deluxe Editions. Typically, pre-ordering a game or buying a special edition grant from a physical retailer grants unique bonuses for games. However, it’s more common now for rewards to come from console stores or Steam. With Baldur’s Gate 3, you can enjoy plenty of extra content for PC and PlayStation 5. Pre-Order Bonus for Baldur’s Gate 3
Baldur’s Gate 3 features one pre-order incentive: Early Access. If you’re on PC and purchased the game, you’ve been able to enjoy early gameplay access since October 2022. Unfortunately, no bonuses are available for the Standard Edition of the game; this edition costs $59.99 on PC and $69.99 for PlayStation 5. Conversely, the Digital Deluxe Edition offers additional rewards.
PlayStation users can pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition to receive Early Access 72 hours before launch. So, PlayStation 5 users who pre-order the special edition can play Act I of the game on September 3, 2023, as the game launches for the console on September 6, 2023.
For PC pre-orders, players are provided an extra incentive for playing Early Access of Baldur’s Gate 3. It comes with an automatic upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition of the game once it launches for PC on August 3, 2023.
Digital Deluxe Edition for Baldur’s Gate 3

PlayStation users are the only ones who can purchase Baldur’s Gate 3, whether pre-order or at launch with the Digital Deluxe Edition. As we mentioned, PC players who are enjoying Early Access will receive their upgrade to this once the game officially launches.

You can pre-order Baldur’s Gate 3 for the Collector’s Edition to receive the extra content when the game launches. It’s a steep price point, but not unheard of. Collector’s Edition is for the massive fans who want even more extra content to enjoy. You can only purchase it from the official website, but it is available for PC and PlayStation.
