Most players nowadays focus on heists when playing GTA Online; however, other great activities bring in money while waiting for your mission cooldowns to reset. Initially launched during the After Hours update, Client Jobs in GTA Online are short missions that can net you a good amount of cash in the game and let you pass the time while you wait for certain heists to become active again. Yet, like many other things in the game, you need some money to unlock them.
How To Unlock Client Jobs in GTA Online
Before you attempt to do Client Jobs, you must own a Terrorbyte, and before you own said vehicle, you must purchase a Nightclub. The cheapest Nightclub costs $1,080,000.00, and the Terrorbyte costs $1,375,000.00 without any upgrades, meaning you have to grind a lot of jobs to get the required cash to unlock Client Jobs.
All Client Jobs
There are six Client Jobs in GTA Online, and you can play four of them alone. The remaining two need at least a team of two players. We’ll list them all here and provide a few tips on how to beat them.
- 1. Robbery in Progress
The first Client Job involves heading to an ongoing bank robbery and stealing the loot. You must find the bank that is being robbed and head to it. Eliminate all robbers and steal the contents of the vault. One easy way to do this is by bringing a minigun or the Combat MG, as most enemies will wear armor, and you might even encounter a Juggernaut.
- 2. Data Sweep
The player must steal a hard drive to then sell. However, four vehicles might contain the hard drive, and it’s up to the player to approach them all, hack them, and steal the contents. Since you need to locate the hard drive first, the easiest and fastest way to finish this mission is by bringing another person. Divide into two teams and hack two targets each.
- 3. Targeted Data
Time to do some hitman job. You must infiltrate the offices of Lifeinvader to find your target. The building will have guards and cameras, making infiltration more difficult. However, once you hack the computers and locate the target, the rest is easy. We recommend doing this mission loud as it is faster and try to bring a good shotgun for the closed spaces in the office.
- 4. Diamond Shopping
You must steal diamonds for a client, and there are a few ways to go about it. You can use drones to enter the store and stun guards before going in or go in loud. We recommend the former as it is easier to avoid other players and enemies if you’re in a public session. This is the last mission you can do alone.
- 5. Collector’s Pieces
This is a good Client Job for those who miss robbing armored trucks in GTA Online. For this, you must approach the armored trucks and jam them to steal the contents of them. Your wanted level will rise as you do this. This mission is quite easy, and you can split into two teams to tackle all trucks.
- 6. Deal Breaker
This one is also easy and fast. You need to find a target who’s carrying a case your client wants. For this, you must use the drone on your Terrorbyte. The fastest way to do this is by having a person use the drones and call out the location to the other player.
At first, these Client Jobs in GTA Online might not seem like the best to grind, especially since they all pay $30,000.00 to $35,000.00. Still, they are great to do if you need fast cash on the spot or you’re waiting for your heists to reset. Besides, there are other missions, like the Casino ones, that also give a bit of cash, and you can grind for as long as you want. As always, bring at least one person to make things go faster.
