The first legendary chest in God of War Ragnarok is in the area of The Burrows, which you access during Song of the Sands.
You must advance to the part where you bounce an axe of a crystal behind a sonic wall to destroy a hive mass and then reach a point with a bunch of enemies and an Ormr, you know, those bugs that hide underground.
You’ll climb a wall when you want to advance in the mission. As soon as you do so, turn around, and you will see that you can throw the axe against a crystal, destroying a hive mass.
Go down and climb up the path you have opened, which ends at the chest. It contains the Hel’s Touch, Light Runic Attack
