| Bleeding | Deals up to 20 seconds of bleeding damage and reduces your healing recovery. It can also be stacked up to 3 times. | Bandage |
| Burning | Burning Status Ailment, like Bleeding, deals damage over time, and can be stacked up to 3 times. | Mud Rub – Rolling |
| Root Rot | It starts to make you cough, and gradually reduces your movement speed. | Oilskin Balm |
| Suppressed | Suppressed Status Effect makes all your perks, and combat abilities unusable. This leaves you defenseless in the middle of a fight. | Timeworn Unguent |
| Overloaded | Causes enemies to deal blast damage. Extremely deadly. | Ethereal Orb |
| Cursed | It reduces both your health, and base health over time. | Purified Salve |
| Irradiated | In Remnant 2, the Irradiated Status Effect takes half of your Stamina bar. Extremely dangerous for your survival if your build relies on mobility. | Heavy Water Elixir |
| Corroded | It reduces your character’s armor level, and causes you to take more damage. | Antidote |

Before venturing out on an adventure, be sure to stop by Dr. Norah at Ward 13, across the Whispers shop. Dr. Norah sells health items such as Bandages, Mud Rub, Oilskin Balm, Antidote, Ethereal Orb, Purified Salve, and Timeworn Unguent for 100 Scrap.
