Cloud has a total of seven different weapons in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth including the default Buster Sword. So you don’t have to do anything in regard to getting the Buster Sword. But let’s get into how to get the rest of the weapons.
Sleek Saber
Sleek Saber has the ability to exploit the enemy’s weakness as well as imbue the sword with fire and lightning. You can purchase this weapon from the vendor in Selvacarsa Weapons shop in Chapter.
Rune Blade
Cloud’s Rune Blader can increase the damage while switching modes. This weapon is also locked inside a treasure chest next to the Rest Stop Vending Machine in Starboard Connecting Passage at the start of Chapter 4.
Umbral Blade
The Umbral Blade increased the strength of Punisher mode as well as the potency of Berserk. This weapon can be obtained from a chest in The Dustbowl after starting Chapter 8.
Crystal Sword

Barrage Blaster
This heavy artillery has the ability to increase the HP of Barret temporarily and absorb the damage from other party members. This weapon is locked inside a treasure chest in the Railway Control Tower -1F in Chapter 7 of the game.
Vulcan Cannon
This weapon has an amazing fast fire rate with the ability to rush toward enemies and launch them into the air with furious blows. This weapon is inside a treasure chest in the northeast of the Scrapyard Prison Cel in the Corel Desert of Chapter 8.
Fafnir Rifle
This rifle has the ability to consume all ATB charges to deliver a close-range attack. Unlike the rest of the weapons, you can get the Fafnir Rifle by completing The Pursuit of Perfection side-quest in Gonaga Region in Chapter 9 of the game.
Calamitous Bazooka
With this bazooka, you can strike the ground and sell the enemies flying. This weapon is also locked inside a chest in the corner of the Gate of Anger room in the Chamber of Sacrifice in Chapter 10.
Battle Cry
Battle Cry is the last weapon you can get for Barret in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth that has the ability to increase the ATB charge rate. You can find this weapon in a locked chest in the Corridor of Catastrophe in Chapter 13 of the game.
All Tifa Weapons Locations in Final Fantasy 7
Unlike the other two characters, Tifa uses a hand-to-hand combat style to fight enemies. Therefore her different weapons are different gloves you can collect. Tifa also has seven weapons including the Leather Gloves she has by default at the start of Chapter 2.
Slyph Gloves
Slyph Gloves will give Tifa the ability to knock enemies into the air and crash them back down. You can get this weapon in a treasure chest in the Northern Quarry – Storage in Chapter 3.
Kaiser Knuckles
This knuckle gives Tifa the ability to reassure enemies while using other attacks. This weapon is also locked in a treasure chest in the 1st Freight Room which you can access in Chapter 5.
Dragon Claws
As the name suggests, these gloves unleash a flurry of powerful strikes. For this weapon, you don’t have to look for a chest but complete a mini-game. You have to achieve a Rank III Score on the Desert Rush mini-game that will be available in Chapter 8.
Tiger Fangs
With this weapon, Tifa can create a chi orb that deals damage to enemies. This weapon is locked inside a treasure chest in the northeast of the Output Regulation – B1 in Chapter 9 of the game.
Crystal Gloves
These gloves imbue your attacks with non-elemental magic that increases stagger. This glove is locked inside a chest in Building G-02 in the Garm Pass in Chapter 11 of the game.
Jarngreipr
Jarngreipr is the final weapon you can obtain for Tifa. This weapon has the ability to deal a tremendous blow at close range. This weapon can be collected from a treasure chest at the north end of the Corridor of Currents in Chapter 13.
Aerith All Weapons Locations in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Same as other characters in FF7 Rebirth, Aerith also has seven weapons including the default Guard Stick that she uses from the start of Chapter 2. She uses different rods to cast spells and uses magic to deal damage or heal party members.
Timeless Rod
This rod has the ability to raise a barrier that temporarily freezes enemies. You can get this weapon from a treasure chest located next to the Tack Shop in Bill’s Ranch.
Empress’s Scepter
This scepter will give Aerith the ability to conjure a ward that grants invisibility while casting spells. You can get this weapon by looting the treasure chest in the third bedroom of the first floor of Under Junon Inn in Chapter 4 of the game.
Wizard’s Rod
Wizard’s Rod has the ability to cast a shield that keeps enemies at bay, useful when you are dealing with multiple enemies. This weapon is inside a treasure chest that you can find on Mt. Coorle Ascent Rest Spot of the Corel Region in Chapter 7.
Ceremonial Staff
With the Ceremonial Staff, you can conjure a ward that fills ATB charges within that ward. This staff is locked in a chest in the Outcasts’ Shore in Village of the Gi in Chapter 10 of the game.
Plumose Rod
The Plumose Rod is more of an attacking weapon that allows you to fire an energy burst that hits multiple times. The chest containing this weapon is located inside the Simulator Control Room on the Makoo Research Facility – Section X. This place can only be reached if you complete all of the Hojo Exams in the Combat Simulator.
Gambanteinn
The final weapon for Aerith you can get in FF7 Rebirth is Gambanteinn which gives you the ability to sacrifice yourself to revive a fallen friend. This weapon is locked in a chest that is located in the Sorrow’s Descent of the Temple of the Ancients which you can access in Chapter 13.
Red XIII All Weapons Locations in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Red XIII uses different collars as weapons in FF7 Rebirth. Same as other weapons in the game, each weapon will provide a different ability and there is a total of 7 collars including the default one that you get from the start of Chapter 2 for Red XIII as well.
Renegade’s Collar
This collar gives Red XIII the ability to slash at a foe. You can get this collar by searching the treasure chest next to the Rest Spot in the Subterranean Terrace in Chapter 3 of the game.
Silver Collar
The Silver Collar will give you the option to retaliate with ice shards whenever you are hit by an attack. This weapon can only be obtained by achieving the Rank III score on the Costa Del Sol mini-game in Run Wild which is available in Chapter 7 of the game.
Amethyst Collar
This weapon will give Red XIII the ability to grant Haste on all Party members but only in Vengeance Mode. This collar is locked inside a chest that you can get to in the Colliery No. 1 room of the Old South Corel Mine in Chapter 7.
Golden Collar
This collar will give you the ability to deplete the Vengeance Gauge to heal all allies. This amazing collar can be obtained by searching the chest in the Coolant Control – B3 in Chapter 9 of the game.
Mystic Collar
The Mystic Collar uses the same mechanism as Golden but instead of healing it will use the Vengeance Gauge to increase allies’ ATB. This collar can be obtained by inspecting the Watcher’s Glaive artifact in the southeast corner of the Hall of Diversion in Chapter 10.
Brisingamen
Brisingamen is the final collar you can collect for Red XIII. This weapon is also inside a treasure chest that can be found in the southwest corner of the Corridor of Repose room on the Hall of Life – Second Tier in Chapter 13 of FF7 Rebirth.
All Yuffie Weapons in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Yuffie uses throwing stars in FF7 Rebirth to fight enemies. Different weapons will give you the ability to throw the weapon further for less damage or vice versa. The default weapon of Yuffie is the 4-Point Shuriken which will be equipped automatically when she joins your party.
Savage Dagger
The Savage Dagger will give Yuffie the option to attack an enemy even while immobilized or reeling from damage. This dagger will be in your inventory when Yuffie joins your party but if you want to use it, you have to equip it from the inventory menu.
Twin Viper
This is the first weapon you have to collect for Yuffie that can create a gust of wind that damages nearby enemies. It is inside a treasure chest located in the Preparation Plant – 1F in Chapter 7 of the game.
Bird of Prey
The Bird of Prey has an amazing ability that allows you to conjure a close of yourself that mimics your actions. This weapon is also inside a treasure chest within the house that has a Rest Spot in the Felicia Commons in Chapter 9 of the game.
Crescent Sickel
Crescent Sickel will give Yuffie the ability to throw the weapon into the battlefield and mow every enemy that it hits. The only way to obtain this weapon is to get a Rank III on the Glide de Chocobo Training Course No. 1 mini-game in the Cosmo Canyon Region in Chapter 10.
Crystalline Cross
The Crystalline Cross can increase the damage dealt by ABT spent on other commands. The Cross can be obtained by searching the treasure chest in the northeast of Utilidor in Chapter 12 of the game.
Fuma Shuriken
This is the final weapon you can get for Yuffie that increases the amount of HP and MP absorbed by ABT spent on other commands. This weapon is inside a chest that is located on a small stone in the Shrine of Ambition in Chapter 13 of the game.
Cait Sith All Weapons in Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth
Cait Sith is the last party member to join your group that uses Megaphones as a weapon that allows her to use a different range of fighting styles. When she joins your party her equipped weapon is the Yellow Megaphone.
Iron Megaphone
Same as Yuffie, this is the other weapon Cait Sith has in her inventory that you must equip from the menu if you want to use it. This has the ability to more or less damage depending on your luck.
Red Megaphone
This is an interesting weapon that can turn your moogle into a ticking bomb that explodes when it leaves combat. This weapon can be obtained by searching the chest that is located in the southwest of Gonaga Gorg in Chapter 9 of the game.
Resounding Megaphone
This megaphone will make the moogle scatter landmines on the battlefield. You can get this weapon by purchasing it from a vendor in a General Shop in Nibelheim in Chapter 11.
Crystal Megaphone
The Crystal Megaphone will allow you to equip summon’s ability when you are riding the Moogle in battle. This weapon is locked inside a treasure chest in the Observatory Treasury that can be reached in Chapter 10 of the game.
Golden Megaphone
This weapon will make the Moogle deal more damage and increase the stagger damage as well. The Golden Megaphone can be equipped by searching the treasure chest in the Specimen Testing Room in Mako Research Facility during the Escape Plan main quest.
Gjallarhorn
The final weapon you will get for Cait Sith will allow you to call upon the goddess of fortune to increase allies’ critical hit temporarily. You can get this weapon by bringing 45 Chocograss to the Chocograss Collector which is located in the Chocobo Sage’s Manor in the Nibel Region.
