From the beginning of the video, you can see how the cop has been dealing with the offender for some time because, in the first seconds, the officer uses his taser against the man. The man falls to the ground, and the cop gets on his back to restrain him and put him in handcuffs. But the man is as tough as a bear and continues fighting to escape the officer. The police officer struggles to apprehend the man, so at one point, the cop starts using his hottest moves, so much so the snow in Ontario melts.
As the two men are struggling, the cop begins to choke the other while sitting on the civilian’s chest. The man tries to pull free but, in the process, holds the officer’s hip for a few seconds. Without much delay, the police officer grabs the man’s hands and places them on the other’s head on the ground. The two continue to fight and punch each other, but their faces are very close. Until the man manages to get to his feet. The cop has to get up, leaving some distance, as his taser fails again. The man returns to his truck and grabs an axe while the officer threatens to use the taser a third time. So, the civilian returns to his car and gets his jacket.
