While there’s no confirmed content for the new season, we know that a new Legend will be added, and the prevailing meta will likely be shaken up with weapon and Legend buffs and nerfs.
One of the rumored new Legends for Season 17 is Ballistic, an Apex arms dealer. Leaked abilities for this character include a passive Weapon Sling that allows storing a third weapon. Additionally, there will be a Tactical Smart Bullet that debuffs enemies and causes their guns to overheat and deal damage, and an Ultimate Weapon Enhancer that buffs teammates, including faster reloads and infinite ammo.
Just a few weeks until the start of Apex Legends Season 17. It will start on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. New season updates for Apex Legends have typically launched on Tuesdays at specific times according to different time zones: 10 am PT / 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST.
Players eagerly anticipate the new content and change that Respawn Entertainment will bring to the game. As always, the developers must continue listening to player feedback and delivering exciting updates to keep the game fresh and engaging.
