Ariel Winter flew the flag for the no-pants trend as she hit up a grocery store in September 2020. Keeping safe during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the actress wore a face mask, but the paparazzi had no difficulty identifying her.
Showing off pink-tinted locks as she jumped aboard the pandemic trend also rocked by model Kaia Gerber, Ariel showed off her curvy figure in a baggy tee look. When users commented on The Daily Mail‘s photos, they couldn’t help but suggest that Ariel add a little more to her minimal outfit. In fact, some of the replies straight-up told the Modern Family star to put on a pair of pants.
Ariel Winter Hits Up Grocery Store In L.A.
Pushing around a massive cart as she grabbed some essentials, Ariel showed off her legs in only a loose-fitting red t-shirt. Nailing the oversized trend as she kept cool in the early fall weather, the 26-year-old added pops of pink to her look from her freshly dyed hair, although with a face mask on, fans didn’t get to see much of her face.
Showing hints of a dark tie-dye top beneath her Alabama logo tee, Ariel completed her unfussy ensemble with practical sneakers. She was photographed exiting the store and with tons of green bags in her cart. An unfortunate car park moment also saw the TV star flashing some cheek as she did, indeed, appear to have opted for a slightly too revealing outfit.
Fans Telling Her To Get Dressed Properly
Users were quick to comment. Of the rather revealing moment, one user frowned on the paprazzi’s presence overall, writing: “I don’t think pic 4 needed to be published.”
“She’s cute, needs to wear pants, and Dm should not, publish pictures like that,” another said, agreeing.
“Lol so that outfit was actually an oversized shirt. Got the shock of my life looking at the pic of her loading the groceries!“ a third remarked.
The days of Ariel being hounded by the paparazzi in grocery store parking lots are over, though. In fact, they were the main impetus for the actress’ 2022 decision to pack up and leave Hollywood. Two years ago, Ariel and boyfriend Luke Benward left Hollywood, with Ariel later revealing that being followed for every purchase she made had become beyond unbearable. Speaking on the Quitters podcast, she stated:
“I really, really dislike having my space invaded. I don’t like pictures of me when I haven’t signed up for pictures of me. I don’t like feeling watched.”
While Ariel has left Hollywood, she hasn’t quit Instagram. The latest string of posts sees the former ABC star entering her cookery queen era.
