Ubisoft has announced Assassin’s Creed – The Rebel Collection will be available worldwide on the Nintendo Switch, and the Nintendo Switch Lite from today at a suggested price of $39.99.
The Rebel Collection features Assassin’s Creed Black Flag and Rogue, as well as all last single-player DLC.
The DLC available within Black Flag includes Freedom Cry and Aveline. Furthermore, Black Flag’s DLC contains the Illustrious Pirates pack and ship customization pack.
Players can relive the stories of Black Flag, playing as Adewale in Freedom Cry, a former slave turned pirate whose fifteen-year journey sees him transform into a trained Assassin, and Aveline, a defender, and liberator of slaves, and Shay Patrick Cormac in Rogue.
An extra content pack within Assassin’s Creed Rogue contains CG Trailers of Black Flag, concept art, and 55 pages of the Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag: Blackbeard: The Lost Journal.
Also, the first two volumes of the manga Assassin’s Creed Awakening Volume I & II (English only).
Though only partly included in the game, Assassin’s Creed Rogue can be downloaded for no charge within the eshop DLC.
Ten new outfits featuring the main Assassin’s Creed protagonists will be available to players. An exclusive outfit through the Ubisoft Club can be downloaded for free for those who’ve played Assassin’s Creed III Remastered.
An animal spirit outfit is also available in Black Flag.
For long-time fans of the franchise, it should provide a whole new lease of life to the Assassin’s Creed series.
Ubisoft recently announced the new Assassin’s Creed: Gold audio drama series, starring Riz Ahmed and Anthony Head. According to Syfy, the story centers on Aliyah Kahn in present-day London, whose scams lead her to Gavin Banks.
It comes soon after Ubisoft delayed multiple games, including Watch Dogs Legion, Rainbow Six Quarantine, and Gods & Monsters.
