Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, a telling of a Viking raider and the third release coming for the Assassins Creed Mythology pack. In this game, you journey across the lands of Norway and ninth-century England to become a legendary assassin and achieve your destiny. To increase your excitement, Ubisoft released a trailer today featuring new details on story content for the upcoming game.
Two brothers (or brother and sister) unite together to declare their journey to take back the land of England. Eivor, the Viking protagonist, stands beside his/her brother with a promise to stand with him no matter the cost. Along this journey, you have the chance to challenge fierce warriors, Saxon kings, and warmongering antagonists. Not only war but hidden amongst the battle is a secret dark destiny within England. Eivor will be the one that has to face that destiny, for he/she, like those before, is the chosen one.
Assassins Creed Newly Made Mechanics
In Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Eivor will be able to dual-wield weapons. During the previous versions, you have always had the Assassin blade and one weapon. In the upcoming game, for example, you will be able to wield a sword in one hand and an axe in the other, giving you full control of both arms as possible attacks. This could be giving us specialized skills requiring certain weapons. Like in the previous game, Odyssey, a sword along with charged stamina, gave you a special attack. Will this be newly specialized with dual-wielding?
Another upcoming mechanic for Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be the chance to build your settlement. Building a settlement will give you the possibility to protect your people, raise a family, and encourage strong forces to stay within your camp. This will eventually would become a kingdom for the player, personally designed by you. This is an interesting mechanic that I am excited to see when I play the game on November 10. What aspect of the game are you most excited about? Any changes you wish to see in the new game? Comment below your thoughts.
