There are several different ways to save Baelen from this Biberbang Field in Baldurs Gate 3, these are:
- If you have a companion in your party who can summon a flying creature like a Conjured Imp or a Raven, your job is very easy. Use this flying creature to reach Bealen’s bag on the left side of Bibberbang Field in Baldurs Gate 3. You can highlight items to see the bag more easily. Use this flying creature to deliver the bag to Baelen, and he will teleport to you using the magic scroll inside the bag.
- As a second option, if you have a strong character in your party who is good at throwing things, you can throw a Scroll of Misty Step at Baelen. You have to do it with a character with high Strength because you have to pass the strength check. Baelen will pick up the Scroll of Misty Step, and jump towards you.
- If your party has a Githyanki, you can use the increased jump distance to jump between the Bibberbangs, and reach the bag. When you reach the bag, make sure to pick up the Torch on the ground because it is the Torch that causes the explosion. Then you can throw the scroll inside the bag or the bag to Baelen in Baldurs Gate 3.
What Does the Noblestalk Plant Do in BG3
You can get Noblestalk in BG3 after saving Baelen. This item can be given to Baelen Bonecloak, Derryth Bonecloak, or Shadowheart. If you give it to Derryth, she will ask you to visit her shop in Baldurs Gate, and give you Gloves of Uninhibited Kushigo.
These gloves will come in handy if you have someone on your team who relies on throwing.
