How To Unlock the Slack-Skinned Head Conversation In Baldur’s Gate 3
Once you’re in front of this talking head, you will see a Mind Archive Interface on the left. If you interact with this artifact and place True Mind, a small glowing green item that you will find in the same area, you will be able to talk to the natural person, the Slack-Skinned Head Mind in Baldur’s Gate 3, before she became this twisted being, and get to know her side of the story.
Through the dialogue, you can go through the 3 days of torture this person lived through until they finished brainwashing her. However, to dive further into the story, you should place a Waking Mind on the device on the left side. To find a Waking Mind, look for it inside the Mind Flayer Colony. This item will reveal that she is of the Githzerai race and lead the enemies to her camp. However, she was betrayed and kept as a relic in the end.
