How To Unlock the Slack-Skinned Head Conversation In Baldur’s Gate 3
Once you’re in front of this talking head, you will see a Mind Archive Interface on the left. If you interact with this artifact and place True Mind, a small glowing green item that you will find in the same area, you will be able to talk to the natural person, the Slack-Skinned Head Mind in Baldur’s Gate 3, before she became this twisted being, and get to know her side of the story.
Through the dialogue, you can go through the 3 days of suffering this person lived through until they finished brainwashing her. However, to dive further into the story, you should place a Waking Mind on the device on the left side. To find a Waking Mind, look for it inside the Mind Flayer Colony.
