After a less than stellar launch on the PC that caused an indefinite stopping of sales on PC, Batman: Arkham Knight will soon be returning to the platform. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has announced that the game will be seeing a re-release soon.
This announcement came from a press release that also announced the new Tumbler and Arkham Asylum skins for the game:
“Batman: Arkham Knight is based on DC Comics’ core Batman license and is available now for the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One, and all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft. The PC version of the game will be available in the coming weeks.”

Batman Arkham Knight was released on June 23rd on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The PC port of the game was plagued with major issues. Even people running the game on high end machines were having issues. Rocksteady promised to fix the game and released a patch that fixed some minor issues in the game. The developer has yet to announce when the PC port of the game will go on sale again. Warner Bros. had previously stated that a full fix might not be possible until November.
No specific date for the re-release has been released and there is currently no word on whether or not players who bought the game at launch would be compensated in some way.
