The PU-21 is an LMG with a high fire rate in Black Ops 6 and Warzone, which makes the best for the mid to long-range loadouts for its super quick TTK. However, the gun needs a bit of polishing with a few extra attachments to control its recoil. Additionally, you can turn this LMG into an assault rifle, which we’re definitely going to build a loadout with in BO6 Multiplayer and Zombies.
Best PU-21 Black Ops 6 Loadout
- Muzzle: Suppressor
- Optic: Kepler Red Dot
- Magazine: Fast Mag I
- Underbarrel: Vertical Foregrip
- Fire Mod: Recoil Springs
First things first, we need both the Vertical Foregrip and Recoil Springs for this gun. PU-21 LMG comes with a high fire rate, and that means crazy recoil. So we get all the help we can with these two attachments, and here’s the result in the image below. The pattern on the left is PU-21 without these attachments and the one on the right is how it shoots with both the Vertical Foregrip underbarrel and Recoil Springs.
As you can see there isn’t a clear difference in the pattern, but the bullets are less spread on the right, which makes it feel way more precise when you test it out. Next, we’re focusing on the mobility of this PU-21 loadout in Black Ops 6, which comes best with the Fast Mag I. I recommend the I version over II because 30 rounds aren’t really enough for PU-21’s rate of fire. But if you’re confident in your aim, give Fast Mag II a try.
Don’t forget to put an optic on this LMG; the iron sight looks horrible. This ain’t the worst in the game, but it surely does give you a hard time trying to control your shots. Last attachment: Suppressor, as always.

PU-21 makes a perfect secondary for your SMGs and shotgun loadouts in Warzone. However, there’s one specific change here for the best PU-21 Warzone loadout, and that’s the Long Barrel. You’re using LMGs for long-range fights, right? So, maybe fancy a zoomed optic like Willis 3x or Jason Armory 2x.
Overall the PU-21 plays on the middle ground of the meta weapons in Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 1 because of its firepower and recoil. So in comparison to the super accurate XMG and heavy GPMG-7, the PU-21 sits right in the middle with more power than the former and better accuracy than the latter.
