Beyonce is catching some heat from some angry followers after her Blue Ivy Carter, 12, was spotted headed to a concert wearing questionable clothing. The tween caught the eye of the paparazzi and some pretty concerned parents, who raised more than an eyebrow after seeing what the young girl was wearing and learning where she was going.
Fans were more than a little shocked after seeing Blue Ivy, 12, in full-on face makeup, including bright red lipstick. The preteen was photographed entering the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California, to attend a Sabrina Carpenter concert.
Blue Ivy was decked out from head to toe in lipstick kisses as she emulated the Taste hitmaker’s fashion style on her Short n’ Sweet Tour. The first thing Beyonce fans noticed about Blue Ivy was what they describe as an ‘excessive‘ amount of makeup.
She wore a blue denim-looking tube top sleeveless blouse with a side slit and a tiny and very short white pleated skirt with matching white cowboy boots. One look at Blue Ivy’a’s appearance and fans immediately began to blast the singer, calling her out for several things concerning Blue Ivy’s concert outing.
First, many noticed that neither Beyonce nor Jay-Z were photographed, making it appear that Blue was unchaperoned during the outing. However, while her parents were not in the photo, it is doubtful the preteen was without adult supervision of some form.
Beyonce Underfire Told To Be A Better Mom
The next thing fans slammed Beyonce over was the full-face makeup, which many stated gave Blue the appearance of a much older girl. Next, the concert attire was called out. Many moms commented that the outfit was ‘highly inappropriate’ for a girl her age.
“At the end of the day, she’s 12. What she wore to this concert was highly inappropriate for her age, especially with all the makeup. Beyonce needs to be a better mom,” writes an annoyed parent.
“A 12-year-old has no business dressing this way! When I saw Sabrina Carpenter perform on stage (on TV), she seemed very unsuitable for a 12-year-old. I question the parenting of people who believe it is appropriate for their 12-year-old child to look like this,” snaps another.
“This is no surprise. Beyonce and Jay-Z are too concerned with the Diddy drama and how it will affect their lives. They have no time to parent their daughter,” adds another.

According to the Daily Mail, Beyonce has seemingly changed her parental tune since sharing her thoughts on family and raising her children following a previous interview. “I always dreamt of a life where I could see the world with my family and expose them to different languages, architecture, and lifestyles. Raising three kids isn’t easy. It’s grounding and fulfilling. My kids come with me everywhere I go.
“They come to my office after school and are in the studio with me. They are in dance rehearsals. I have made an extreme effort to stay true to my boundaries and protect myself and my family,” stated Beyonce.
Many fans know that Jay-Z and Beyonce are close acquaintances with the shamed rapper Sean Diddy Combs. The power couple is reportedly on a growing list of A-listers who are attempting to distance themselves from Diddy. The couple allegedly spent numerous years attending his infamous events and alleged freak-off parties.
The official celebrity list has yet to be revealed publicly. However, one thing is sure: Plenty of big-name stars fear exposure once the Diddy Dam ultimately gives way. So it makes sense that Beyonce and Jay-Z are on high alert.
