Terrance Higgins is refusing to let Michael or Brittany win Big Brother 24. His reasoning is based on how they reacted to the Kyle Capener racism controversy. Higgins felt that both Michael Bruner and Brittany Hoopes knew about the racist comments for weeks and didn’t tell anyone. That could be seen as weeks when he could’ve already been out of the house. But in choosing to sit on the news, Capener got to stay on BB longer than he deserved. So now Higgins is making it his job to ensure that neither of those two win Big Brother 24. The public is standing behind him as well.
Being a black man himself, one can fully understand why he is bothered by this. He simply wants to hold them accountable, which is fair. He was even targeted this week by HOH and intends to bring up their weaponizing of race to benefit them to the jury. His time is numbered, though, so take that slight spoiler alert.
Terrence Higgins Refusing To Let Michael or Brittany Win Big Brother 24
Via Screenrant:
He directly informed Michael that, should Michael or Brittany make it to the Final Two, they would have to answer how they were withholding knowledge of Kyle’s actions. “I believe in jury there is a way to have a freer conversation about what happened,” Terrance cautioned Michael. He then informed fellow houseguest Monte Taylor that he told Michael, “When I go to [the] jury, there [are] a lot of things that you are going to have to answer for.” He also described his feelings toward Michael and Brittany as “disdain.”
So Terrence Higgins will do all in his power to make sure Michael and Brittany don’t win Big Brother 24. But stepping up to that totem, he put himself on the chopping block. We will admit, we stand behind him as well. What Capener proposed was gross, and the fact that houseguests knew and didn’t tell anyone until ‘they’ chose was not the right choice.
