BitLife: How to Complete the Gilmore Girls Challenge

BitLife is all about getting to live the life of your dreams, from being a professor at a prestigious university to getting married into the royal family. Some players prefer to live the lives of their favorite television characters. Fortunately, Gilmore Girls fans can rejoice and have their hand in completing the Gillmore Girls Challenge.

Completing the Gilmore Girls Challenge in BitLife

There are five things that you need to do to complete the challenge:

• Be born in Connecticut.
• Do absolutely everything you can with your mom.
• Go to school for journalism.
• Cheat with one of your exes.
• Get pregnant by one of your exes.

Born in Connecticut

Connecticut is not one of the available cities to choose from when you select the US as your home country. Instead, you need to select Hartford as where you were born. This happens before you even make your character, so ensure that the location is correct before moving on.

Do Everything With Your Mom

I have the God Mode pack, so I changed my character’s name to Rory and her mother’s to Lorelai, to make this part more interesting. From the moment you can, starting at five years old, you need to communicate and hang out with your mother as often as possible. Follow these instructions on how to do that:

1. Select the Activities button on the bottom right corner, just above your character’s stats.
2. Click on your mother.
3. Select any of the activities with your mother that do not insult or make her upset.

I’ve found that complimenting, going to the movie theatre, spending time, and having a conversation are the best ways to do this. You will need to maintain this relationship for your character’s whole life.

Study Journalism

When the time comes for you to choose if you want to seek a higher education after high school, attend a university with a Journalism major. If the major isn’t available for you the first time, you can do two things:

1. Close the app and return. Check the available university majors and select Journalism.
2. Check every year until the major becomes available.

Cheat With an Ex

Of course, to cheat with an ex-boyfriend, you need to have an ex-boyfriend. When you do begin dating someone, ensure that you remember to actually break up with him. This doesn’t really work otherwise. Once you start dating a new person, follow these instructions to cheat on them:

1. Click on the Activities icon in the bottom left corner.
2. Select your ex-boyfriend.
3. You can then Hookup with your ex.

Get Pregnant By Ex

Sometimes, cheating with your ex and getting pregnant happens at the same moment. Lucky for you! Otherwise, you need to keep cheating with your ex until you get pregnant. When you do get pregnant, you must keep the baby.
