How to Join the Italian Mafia in BitLife
In order to join the Italian Mafia in BitLife, there are a couple of prerequisites we must take care of. To join, your character must be male, live in New York, have a certain level of notoriety, and be 18 years of age or older. If your character doesn’t meet these requirements then simply start a new life from the main menu. Make sure you set your gender to male, your country to the United States, and your place to New York.
It is wise to start committing crimes at the earliest possible opportunity, age 13, to build notoriety. The Italian Mafia will only take you if you have completed five successful crimes or had a fairly long prison stint before you try to initiate yourself into their ranks. Crimes can be accessed from the Activities menu. Crimes such as shoplifting, porch pirating, and pickpocketing are fairly low-risk ones to try.
After you have reached the notoriety necessary to join the Mafia, navigate to the Occupation menu. From here you can select ‘Special Careers’, ‘Organized Crime’, and ‘Mafia’. From there you will have a random chance of joining or being denied (which is usually pretty painful and can end in death if you’re not careful). Your chances of joining the Italian Mafia can be raised if you have ‘crime’ as your special talent. It is also possible to have the Mafia reach out to you to join. If they do this then accept the invitation!
Other Tips to Become a Don
Once you’re a part of the Italian Mafia there are a couple of things to keep in mind. You’ll have to commit more crimes in order to move up the ranks and work your way to Godfather. At least one crime will need to be committed yearly to stay in the Mafia. Any money you make from these crimes should be given to the family unless you want to have issues with the higher-ups in the future. Also, remember to always report in when the Family asks you to or prepare to face repercussions.
