Things have been pretty hectic in Brad Pitt‘s life lately, so the Fight Club star has decided to flee the United States for some much-needed rest. Brad’s family life has been in complete shambles for a long time. However, recently, he has been under a lot of stress and heartache.
Especially after his son Pax’s bike crash and his daughter Shiloh dropping his last name, he is heading to Italy, hoping to take his mind off things and spend time with his longtime friend George Clooney.
Sources tell Page Six that the actor arrived by private plane in Milan. The informant says they overheard a private greeter at Linate Airport say that he was “headed to Lake Como to visit Clooney and his wife, Amal.”
Brad arrived in Italy without his current girlfriend, Ines de Ramon. It is unclear whether Ines will be joining Brad and the Clooneys at a later date. Or if this is strictly a solo trip. Upon landing, the Hollywood A-Lister didn’t waste time hanging around the airport. He was quickly rushed off by a team of security guards to a nearby awaiting Range Rover.
George Clooney Offers Brad Pitt Shelter From On-Going Drama
Brad Pitt has been dealing with a lot of family drama, including his ongoing legal battles with his ex-Angelina Jolie. These legal battles, which include custody disputes and financial matters, have been a significant source of stress for Brad. He knows he can always count on close friend and Wolfs co-star George Clooney to have his back.
During a recent interview with GQ, Clooney spoke fondly of his friend Brad Pitt. Clooney stated that they had “spent three decades living intertwined lives at the inconceivably glamorous height of Hollywood. Now, having crossed the threshold of 60, they’re more comfortable than ever throwing bombs, dispensing hard-won wisdom, and, yes, arguing about who had the better mullet in the ’80s.”
George’s understanding and support have relieved Brad, especially in the face of his broken relationships with his children. Brad previously revealed he was in a state of panic a few weeks ago after his son Pax crashed his bike and was rushed to the hospital.
Brad claims he was denied contact with his son due to their falling out. He was terrified as he awaited news on his condition. With Shiloh turning against him, it has all been more than he can take.
His time in Italy, in the company of George Clooney, will help ease his stress, at least for a bit. Brad knows the break won’t last long before he returns to the United States and is forced to continue his long legal battle with Angelina Jolie.
