Now, it seems that one of his children has followed suit.
According to OK! Magazine, Pitt’s youngest daughter, Vivienne, has also opted to no longer use her father’s last name. Recently, Vivienne worked as an assistant on the stage production of NYC’s The Outsiders alongside her famous mother. On the playbill for the show, she is listed as Vivienne Jolie, where she used to hyphenate her last name to include Pitt.
Brad Pitt’s Kids Seemingly Choose Angelina Jolie Over Him
Although Brad Pitt is also said to be close to his daughter, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, it seems that she has also opted to no longer use his last name. The outlet claims that Shiloh’s dance teacher recently tagged her in an Instagram post, which revealed that she only uses Angelina Jolie‘s last name.
“It’s heartbreaking. The implication is that they want nothing to do with Brad,” a source told the outlet.
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that Angelina Jolie has been encouraging her six children not to spend time with Brad Pitt. The couple’s former security guard revealed that one of his employees previously overheard the actress telling her children to avoid their father during his custody visits.
“[This] basically confirmed Brad’s biggest fear: that Angelina sabotaged his kids’ relationship with him,” an insider stated.
It seems that the divorce and all of the shocking claims that have come since then have taken a huge toll on Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie‘s family. Jolie previously accused Pitt of physical abuse, and the duo are still battling over assets. The kids are caught in the middle and maybe taking Jolie’s side.
