This physics-based ragdoll game has you join forces with iconic characters from The Walking Dead franchise. You build bridges and other constructions through bleak landscapes and ruined structures. Using said constructions, you’ll guide vehicles across the level or make them collapsible to eliminate zombies. You can also utilize a variety of lethal traps, movable objects, and explosives to take care of your undead assailants.
The game offers a captivating new plot featuring familiar faces from The Walking Dead series. Expect to see fan-favorite characters such as Daryl, Michonne, and Eugene during your playthrough as well as iconic vehicles.
Bridge Constructor is a series developed by ClockStone, having started in 2011. Since the initial release, there have been five follow-ups including The Walking Dead edition. The others include Playground (2012), Medieval (2013), Stunts (2015) and Portal (2017). Bridge Constructor: The Walking Dead was announced at Gamescom in August 2020. It was released on Xbox Series, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, PC, iOS, and Android in November. On Steam, the game has garnered a score of 8/10.
The title also has a cross-platform function. Once you buy the game, it is playable on both PS4 and PS5. The same thing applies to Xbox Series X and Xbox One.
In other Walking Dead-related news, it’s confirmed that the show’s eleventh season will be its last. Meanwhile, spin-off Fear the Walking Dead was renewed for a seventh season this month.
