Dating and being in relationships can sometimes be hard. It’s not even for everybody. You might make mistakes and mess up, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to apologize. It can be hard to write an apology, but this is what makes it meaningful. After all, your partner would want to hear what YOU have to say and not somebody else. Now, I thought that the worst thing to do was to pay someone to write your apologies for you. I have seen it happen so it can be predictable. Well, a California woman came face to face with something else. She shared on TikTok how her man (probably her ex-boyfriend now) went home and forgot to take the phone she got for him.

The California woman could have left the phone, but she decided to go through it. Let’s just say that what she discovered wasn’t exactly pleasant. She basically realized that her real boyfriend was ChatGPT. How is that possible? Well, her partner was using the app to tell him how he should talk to her. The screenshot of the conversations the guy and ChatGPT had together includes several titles such as: Trust and Reassurance, Good morning text idea, Win Her Back Steps, Winning Her Back, and Apology and Love Letter. On top of the screenshot, the innocent girl wrote, “I went through that man’s phone. Every apology he’s ever given me was AI generated.” I can ignore that he used AI to write his apologies, but a good morning text? He could have simply said “Good morning. I hope you have a great day,” and that’s it.
People Reacting to the California Woman’s Discovery
Of course, a lot of women were left outraged just like the California woman. If you just imagined yourself in her shoes you would be mad too. This made one girl write, “This would send me into a rage.” OP then replied and said, “let’s just say I hope he got home safe!” While she didn’t explain what she meant, you can imagine that the guy is probably not safe. Since many use AI for their school assignments, one woman asked, “Is this how teachers feel?” A teacher confirmed that this, in fact, was how they felt. Another woman was also wondering why he would even need to ask about a good morning text. “‘Good morning text idea’ how about we try good morning,” she wrote.
Men kept catching strays as one woman said, “they’re not lonely enough.” I mean, if all men are using ChatGPT to tell them what to say, we really have a problem. Someone else said, “now send him an ai generated breakup letter.” Can the California woman share it? For educational purposes (and for my personal entertainment). One TikTok user even went as far as to say the guy was psychotic. “This is genuinly psychotic… like does he not feel emotion enough towards you to where he can convey his thoughts in a text?? Is he that stunted??? This is something a kindergartner would do.” A kindergartner will probably have better communication skills. In the end, at least she found out.
