Amassing gear Blueprints will be essential once you reach endgame, as it lets you craft and upgrade the best items for specific builds. However, after you’ve completed an armor set or fused a weapon for a Sharpnel build, you might run into trouble of actually upgrading them. Where can you find more Blueprint Fragments to do so? After all, being able to farm Blueprints for your build’s weapon and armor piece in Once Human would make build-crafting much easier, right?

No, you cannot farm Blueprints in the game. Blueprints for particular weapons and armor are obtained from a Mystical Crate in a specific area. The Falcon Armor Set Blueprint Fragments can only be acquired from three different locations in Red Sands, for example.

They can also be purchased or rolled from Wish Machine, but you can only get them once per Phase rotation. Blueprints are priced at around 2,000 to 8,000 Starchroms; the Wish Machine Lucky Roullete will set you back a minimum of 100. Because of that, you shouldn’t think about farming and consider Blueprint upgrades as “seasonal upgrades” unless you get lucky with Once Human item rotation.

Fusing Blueprint Fragments for locked items will let you craft them on a Gear Workbench. You can then upgrade their Ranks by using even more Fragments through the “Weapon Details” > “Enhancement” option. Doing so increases the gear starting stats when they’re first crafted on a Workbench.

There are 4 rarity levels for all weapon and armor Blueprints in Once Human. The higher the rarity level, the better its attributes are– but the Fragments needed to fuse one are also more expensive.

Basic, Green-leveled Blueprints that don’t offer any bonus stats are unlocked through the Crafting Memetic nodes. Blue rarity Blueprint Fragments can be found by leaving no Mystical Crate unopened. Meanwhile, most Purple and Gold gear are acquired from the Wish Machine. The node for the base furniture can be unlocked for 3 Ciphers and 200 Energy Links in the Logistics Memetic menu.

However, you don’t have to use Fragments from the same weapon or armor piece. You can sacrifice Blueprint Fragments of the same type to fuse another item. For example, you can use Fragments from Wrench Frag to upgrade R500 – Hunter Pistol Blueprints as both are Wanderer-type weapons. The same goes with Agent Mask and Raid Gloves since they are Wanderer armor pieces. Armor fragments can only be used on armor, and the same goes for weapons.

Still, each type of Fragment is worth different amounts of Enhancement XP. Using Blueprint Fragments of the same item also will give you twice the Blueprint Enhancement XP. Below are all Blueprints categories currently available in One Human:

There you have it, you cannot farm Blueprints and basically can only get each Fragment once per Once Human season. Before the server wipe happens though, we recommend you collect and craft these Blueprints to prepare for the next season.
