Spoilers in the comic book world can have drastic results, but the cast of the new Spider-Man film has something to say about that. As the press rolls in for screenings, the potential story reveals are now on the horizon as the film comes close to release. In a new video featuring cast members from Tom Holland to Jamie Foxx, fans are encouraged to not release spoilers for the new Spider-Man: No Way Home movie.
Spider-Man: No Way Home PSA: DO NOT SPOIL
It may be common knowledge among moviegoers and comic book nerds, but spoilers are a big no-no. They are the reason for having to go see the newest releases in theaters as soon as possible, and the new Spider-Man movie is no exception. With the multiverse, Doctor Strange, and classic villains returning, any spilled tea could cause a ruckus. That’s why Sony Pictures and the cast of the movie have taken it upon themselves to tell you: don’t spoil the movie.
Featuring Tom Holland, Zendaya Coleman, Jacob Batalon, and Jamie Foxx, the brief clip begs the audience to not spoil the movie. There’s even a nod to Jamie Foxx’s character from the cast, saying that he is a spoiler himself, but that’s merely a part of the fun. The short footage concludes with the reminder that the film is being released soon onto movie theaters.
Spider-Man: No Way Home is launching onto movie theaters exclusively on December 17, 2021. The film will mark Tom Holland’s third solo outing as the web-slinger, with Benedict Cumberbatch returning as Doctor Strange to assist Peter Parker with his newly-found issues after the events of Spider-Man: Far From Home.
