MTV‘s Chanel West Coast has welcomed her first child with her boyfriend, Dom Fenison. It’s been quite a journey for the first time, mom!
Chanel West Coast and Dom Fenison have their first child together. The Ridiculousness star revealed via social media that she gave birth to a baby girl via C-section.
When Did Chanel West Coast Welcome Her First Child?
Chanel announced via her Instagram Story on November 2 that she and her boyfriend Fenison have welcomed their baby girl. She revealed that she had their daughter through C-section after many hours of labor and some complications. The 34-year-old said it was the “scariest yet most rewarding day of my life by far.”
Expressing her love for her daughter, she referred to her as the “best thing to ever happen to me,” adding that she has never felt a love like that which she feels for her child. She ended by thanking Fenison for giving her the greatest gift and for being an amazing father already.
Earlier in June, Chanel confirmed that she and Fenison were expecting their bundle of joy. The rapper expressed that while she was excited about the next phase of her life, it was also the scariest. Although she did not know the baby’s sex at the time, all she hoped for was a happy and healthy baby.
According to E! News, the MTV star revealed that she experienced nausea during her first trimester, praising her boyfriend for being a great help. She further praised her boyfriend for being a calm, level-headed person and “the perfect balance” for her.
Chanel Speaks On Her Experience During The Pregnancy
Last month, the Fantasy Factory star, who had a high-risk pregnancy, spoke about her experience with pregnancy. Despite the physical changes she went through throughout her pregnancy, she learned to feel beautiful in her skin.
“No matter what you look like while you’re pregnant, it’s such a beautiful thing and it’s all about just how you present yourself,” she said. “Even with the bloating and the swollen legs and hands, I still put my glam on, still do my hair and makeup, put on a cute outfit and I just go out there and rock it as if I wasn’t pregnant at all.”
