Another one of the Chrisley clan is in trouble with the law. Chase Chrisley is facing charges of assault after getting “really drunk” at a bar in Atlanta and being asked to leave. Now, fans have grown concerned over Chase’s behavior and are worried about what will happen next.

Law enforcement responded to a 911 call at Twin Peaks Sports Bar in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta on Monday around 7:30 p.m. Chase Chrisley was notably missing when they arrived, but the alleged victim recounted the assault.

According to the bar manager Brandon Nash, Chase had become “really drunk” and “started to act very disrespectful and belligerent.” When he was asked to leave, he refused and became violent with Nash. He alleges that after being asked to leave “multiple times,” Chase slapped him in the face twice.

The police report refers to the incident as “simple assault.” It was reported that Nash did not sustain any injuries from the altercation with the Chrisley Knows Best star. He also refused medical attention at the scene.

That isn’t to say that what happened wasn’t serious. Nash intends to pursue charges and has video evidence from the Atlanta bar to back it up. Although Chase Chrisley wasn’t present when police arrived, he has been charged with simple assault.

Struggling to Cope With Parents in Prison

This incident marks the latest controversy surrounding the Chrisley family. As fans know, Julie and Todd Chrisley are currently serving prison sentences for bank fraud and tax evasion. They received reduced sentences in September 2023, but the pair will still be b behind bars for several more years before returning home.

Julie Chrisley is slated to be released in March 2028, while Todd will remain in prison until May 2032. Chase Chrisley and his sister Savannah have been vocal about how difficult having their parents in prison has been for the family.

During an interview in 2023, Chase said, “Savannah will go see my dad, I’ll go see my moms. We’ll rotate, and Savannah will normally take the kids [Grayson and Chloe] down with her. But it’s tough, man. I mean, our family loves really, really hard, so when you love somebody as much as we love each other, it’s definitely very difficult to see your loved ones in a situation like that.”

Although Chase is an adult, it seems like he’s been having a really difficult time following his parents’ incarceration. Many fans have become concerned about Chase’s drinking, especially after a recent hospitalization for dehydration and pancreatitis.
