On the latest episode of the Chasin’ Birdies podcast, the 26-year-old reality star revealed that his family is definitely closer. This confession is amid 54-year-old Todd and 50-year-old Julie Chrisley’s time in prison. Chase explained that the situation is still tough on the family but has brought them together.
In light of the imprisonment, Chase further revealed that the Chrisley family has learned to appreciate each other more in ways they did not before the situation. Now, the family just appreciates the little things.
Furthermore, the Growing Up Chrisley alum shared that his family is fighting and praying that the truth comes out. The family has been laying appeals for their parent’s convictions. Therefore, if that can work out, the couple will be free to come home.
How Has Todd And Julie Chrisley’s Imprisonment Affected The Chrisleys?
During the podcast, the Chrisley Knows Best alum revealed that the situation is taking a toll on every family member. However, Chase added that he believes that God can bring them out of this storm. The Chrisley family is being drained emotionally but is going strong.
Chase further admitted that everyone in the family is handling the situation in their way. However, the reality star praised his little sister, Savannah Chrisley, as he said she is one of the strongest human beings he knows.
Besides Chase and 25-year-old Savannah, Todd and Julie are also parents to their 16-year-old son Grayson, and their adopted granddaughter, 10-year-old Chloe. However, Todd also shares a daughter, 33-year-old Lindsie, and 31-year-old Kyle with his ex-wife, Teresa Terry.
Todd and Julie were both sentenced to 19 years imprisonment. The Chrisley patriarch is to serve a 12-year sentence in prison, while his wife is to serve seven years in prison. The couple was convicted of multiple charges last year, which included bank fraud and tax evasion. The Chrisley family is still keeping it together despite their situation.
