Christina Aguilera has opened up about the damage she’s endured as a result of wearing high heels for decades. Speaking to singer Raye this week, the 43-year-old discussed the downsides of wearing heeled footwear, talking this “high heel nonsense” as she revealed having messed up her legs.
When The Daily Mail reported the Grammy winner’s reveal, users in the comments jumped in to discuss high heels, but many noted the photos included in the article. Xtina, who has shed a massive amount of weight this year, is still sparking Ozempic rumors as a result of her staggering weight loss, and users in the comments couldn’t help but bring it up. When one fan alleged that she’d been using Ozempic, they called her “way too skinny.” The comment proved popular, gaining over 80 likes.
Christina Aguilera Reveals ‘High Heels’ Nightmare
Speaking to 26-year-old Raye via Rolling Stone, Christina stated that she had destroyed her feet and legs with “all this high heel nonsense.”
Christina, who is rarely seen without a pair of sky-high stilettos, continued: “I f****d up the cartilage in my knee.“ Talk then turned to British music star Raye, known for removing her shoes on stage. Here, Aguilera confessed that she admired Raye for doing so.
Noting what extended high heel use can result in, one fan replied: “Heels put a lot of strain on the entire vertical. Ankles, knees, hips and spine. Your posture is different, it affects the ligaments and it’s not healthy for us.” Others, however, had their eye on Christina’s figure, which got displayed on Instagram earlier today as the blonde showed off her Halloween decorations.
Showing Off Her Weight Loss Amid Ozempic Speculation
On Tuesday, Christina shared the below photos, posing in a slinky, strappy dress in orange and black. Striking poses as she highlighted her impossibly tiny waist and curves while backed by pumpkins and Halloween home decorations, the singer told her fans how it’s her “favorite time of year.”
“She’s been to Ozempic,” one fan replied as The Daily Mail covered her social media share. Also convinced that Christina’s weight loss isn’t natural, another wrote: “Christina was all about body positivity until ozempic came out, now she’s skinner than ever lol.”
Christina has not admitted to taking Ozempic, however she has opened up about her shape, this year saying that her size isn’t anybody’s business.
In an interview marking her 40th birthday three years ago, the star stated that she felt pressured into being super-slim in the 2000s, when she was known for a super-skinny frame during her Stripped era.
