A Colorado woman was visiting her son when she decided to head down to the pool. While there, a property manager told her she wasn’t permitted to be there and started a fight with her. Another property manager showed up and allegedly called her a racial slur, prompting an even more vicious confrontation.
Girlies (@girlies55550) was visiting her older son at his apartment, and he decided to start making dinner. So, she went down to the pool with her 10-year-old to hang out in the meantime. While there, a property manager confronted her and told her she wasn’t permitted to be there. She also allegedly cursed at her 10-year-old. Then, a male property manager got in on the argument and started yelling at her, too.
While fighting back and forth, Girlies said that the second property manager called her a racial slur. In her video, she asks him, “What’d you call me?” He motions at her and says, “Your video camera doesn’t matter” while ignoring her question. The first property manager keeps telling her she can leave the property. Girlies says, “You cussed at a 10-year-old” and the manager continues cursing, saying she doesn’t care. She tells her, “Get the [expletive] out of here.”
Girlies continues to berate the male property manager, urging him, “Call me what you just called me!” He tells her, “I called you someone who doesn’t belong here and someone who’s dumb as [expletive].” When Girlies tries to get him to repeat the racial slur, he just agrees with her and says, “Yeah!” He then motions to himself and asks, “What do you think I am?” as if it doesn’t matter that he called her those names.
After posting, Girlies shared some updates. Most of them revolved around the fact that she continued fighting with these managers even when her young child was present. She explains that she and her son were in the pool when they were approached by the property managers. She said they were “very aggressive and highly intoxicated.” After being called out for trespassing and cursing at her child for being in the pool, Girlies said she wasn’t about to let them live it down.
