A woman who worked at a Florida Sam’s Club lost her temper, and it was all caught on camera. In a recently uploaded social media video, the St. Petersburg retail worker was doing her job behind the counter at the cafe area when something struck a nerve. What happened next was chaos as people whipped out their phones to catch the employee shouting and even throwing food at the customers she was having a dispute with.
In the TikTok video, which has racked up more than 3.7 million views, it’s clear that the Florida Sam’s Club worker was furious at customers. The clip shows the woman wearing a gray shirt, black apron, and a hairnet. She is obviously has beef with two customers, one wearing a floral dress and the other sporting black shorts, t-shirt, and a bonnet on her head.
The employee is yelling and even throws a tray of food at the customers before coming out from behind the counter to approach them. However, the customers seemingly didn’t want any more chaos. They walked away rather quickly, one of them flipping their middle finger at the employee as they fled the scene.

Meanwhile, other customers were astonished by the situation. They moved back and watched the chaos play out. One mother even held her daughter’s hand and shielded her from any flying food that may come her way.
However, the real star of the show may have been the man filming the incident. He can be heard giving commentary on the situation and interjecting his opinion. “She’s fired as f—,” he declares from behind the camera.
As the food fight broke out, the other cafe workers did nothing to stop their fellow employee, leading many to believe that the worker had a legitimate reason for her behavior.
The Internet Declares A Clear Winner
“Employees are starting to get tired of the verbal abuse. Good for her,” one person said in the comment section. “These people get too comfortable harassing service workers. Then when we defend ourselves, it’s an issue?” another pointed out. “Yeah Iโm on the workers sideโฆthe customers walking away looking guilty,” a third person declared.
“Why canโt people just order their food and leave the workers alone? They are under an enormous amount of pressure dealing with the public and if you donโt like the food, go home and cook. Just leave these workers alone,” a fourth comment read. “Crazy,” said another.
It seems that this Florida employee had enough that day. Whether it was a rough day on the job or she knew the customers personally, it seems there is a lesson to be learned about treating workers with respect.
