Demonologist is finally leaving Early Access with a new map in the 1.0.0 update, which they state in their patch notes. That said, there have been quite a few notable changes, improvements and additions to the game. Deadwood House, a new map gives players an entirely new area to explore and search for ghostly evidence in, while they enjoy new death and ghost animations. Additionally, Demonologist devs added a Hunt Indicator into the game as well, which while make gameplay quite a bit easier. Let’s take a look at all the changes made with the Demonologist 1.0.0 update and patch notes.

- Ghost hunt interaction radius improved.

With the big changes introduced in the Demonologist 1.0.0 update patch notes, it’s clear that the game is making some big improvements. In the past, you were very limited to the maps you could play on, and adding in a new map brings a bit more variety to the game. Additionally, seeing improvements to the tools used in-game is a nice change. Given that the game was very new and in early access up until this point, it makes sense for there to see some bugs here and there.
Though, overall, the changes made in this update are vast and will make way to bigger and better updates, and some fantastic gameplay. Hopefully soon, there will be more fixes, additions, and a new leveling system in place.
